Do you offer one-time or every-other-week mowing?
Mowing runs as a weekly service. That is how the crew keeps the same-day-every-week promise and how lawns stay ahead of Texas growth instead of behind it. For a one-time job, a general cleanup visit is the right fit.
What does weekly mowing cost?
Weekly mowing starts at $30 per visit, and lawn treatments start at $55, with the exact number depending on lot size. The office quotes it up front and the price holds.
Which towns do you serve?
Thirteen towns across Rockwall County and the east DFW suburbs: Rockwall, Heath, Fate, Caddo Mills, Royse City, Rowlett, Forney, Sachse, Wylie, Lavon, Nevada, Garland, and Greenville.
Are you really licensed for sprinkler work?
Yes. Milliken’s is a licensed lawn sprinkler company with licensed irrigation techs, servicing Hunter, Irritrol, and Rain Bird systems. The license number is available from the office on request.
What is the 8-step program?
A season-long weed control and fertilization schedule, applied roughly every six weeks: pre-emergent barriers in late winter and fall, feeding through the growing season, and targeted knockdown in between. It starts at $55 per treatment.
How do payments work?
All major credit cards are accepted, and there is an easy-pay system customers like. Existing customers can also use the bill pay page.
What if I am not happy with a treatment or a cut?
Tell the office. The public reviews include a customer whose whole lawn was retreated after a concern, at no charge, with the owner handling it personally. That is the standard.
When are you open?
The office answers weekdays, morning to 5 PM, and the routes run Monday through Friday. Call (214) 478-6335.
Do you install holiday lights?
Yes: design, install, mid-season maintenance, and takedown. Slots fill by early November, so call in October.
Can you fix a system another company installed?
Yes. The techs service Hunter, Irritrol, and Rain Bird equipment daily, and diagnosing an unfamiliar system is normal work: heads, valves, leaks, wiring, and controllers.
