Who we are

Milliken's Irrigation & Lawn Maintenance is a family owned lawn care and licensed sprinkler company based in 3580 CR 2170, Caddo Mills, TX 75135, serving Rockwall County and the east DFW suburbs. When this policy says "we," it means the Milliken family and the office staff, reachable at (214) 478-6335.

What we collect

Only what it takes to quote and run your service:

• Quote requests. The contact form asks for your name, phone number, town, the service you want, and anything you choose to tell us about the yard.
• Calls and texts. If you call or text the office, we keep your name, number, and the notes needed to follow up.
• Customer records. Active customers have a service address, schedule, gate and pet notes, and invoice history.
• Payments. Card payments taken by phone go straight into our card processor. We do not keep full card numbers ourselves.

What it is used for

Quoting, scheduling, doing the work, and billing for it. That is the whole list. We may also let existing customers know about seasonal services like winterization or holiday lights.

What never happens

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not hand it to advertisers or data brokers, and we do not sign you up for anything you did not ask for.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses no advertising cookies and no analytics trackers. The only thing stored in your browser is a small flag that remembers the intro animation has already played, and it never leaves your device. The chat helper on this site runs entirely in your browser and does not send what you type anywhere.

Third parties

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, time) to serve and protect the site. Links to our Facebook page or Google listing take you to those platforms, where their own privacy policies apply. Reviews shown on this site are public Google and Yelp content.

How long we keep it

Customer records stay as long as you are a customer, plus what Texas bookkeeping and tax rules require. Quote requests that never become jobs get cleared out periodically.

Your choices

Call (214) 478-6335 or use the contact page to see what we have on file, correct it, or have it deleted. Texas residents can exercise their rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act the same way; we honor those requests without the runaround.

Children

This site sells lawn care, not games. It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version goes up on this page with a new effective date. No silent edits.
